    It's not 5% cashback but 5%rewards and scapia reward point is worth 20p so 1% cashback. On this cashback you can only redeem against Flights and bus and train on platform where you'll have to pay reward redemption fee so effective cashback is even lower.

    I think ICICI Bank does allow that however it may cancel your card. What I do is foreclosure of EMI (icici do charge for that but onecard don't) you will lose out on processing fee and 1 month of interest savings. Onecard EMI foreclosure is official feature so it's completely legal.

    Charges of withdrawing at International ATM on RBL Signature + Debit card

    I did withdraw recetly and I was charged ₹147.5 as ATM withdrwal fee and also ₹447.06 as surcharge(I think this depends on which ATM you withdraw) and also very bad conversion rate(I think this also depends on ATM maybe). I did withdraw 100 Euro in Spain.
