Still looking for a solution.. Surprisingly got rejected for Amazon ICICI card despite being a ICICI wealth relationship holder and having multiple CC with highest limit of 25L. Go figure!
Thanks for this. I am booking exactly the same tickets and not sure of how to optimise them. Axis traveledge does not have multicity. Leaning towards Amex and makemytrip 5x offer.
