Which card is premium RBL credit card?

Is there any clause in RBI rules stating "banks can convert the network of the credit card, if customer requests" If yes, pls mention it here

I have done more than 100 cc bill transactions in the last few months....and i didn't experienced any failed transactions...

I am holding all 3 exclusive debit cards from Indusind: Visa Platinum, Signature and Master world... Now there is no reward value to the platinum card for paying CC bills, can i upgrade it to another signature exclusive card....can i hold 2 signature cards at the same time?
