There was a fraud transaction happened on my IndusInd credit card on 22nd April for amount USD 2401.56 I raised the complaint with bank and submitted the dispute form , after that I got no reply Anyone can help with whom any unauthorised transaction happened

Got my aurum card 20 days ago and my bill generated yesterday , but there is no joining fees in the statement, as per my knowledge sbi charge it in first statement.

Hi @TechnoFino I applied for Bob easy credit card on 26th December 2021 , after submitting the application I e-signed the application form. but I still haven't got the the link to complete the video kyc. I contacted customer service , but they were unable to help. , Mailed them , still no help...

There is no criteria according to me. Aurum RM contacted me that if i want to apply for new card or want to upgrade my existing card , so I told her to upgrade my existing card , so she sent me a mail , i replied to that. And within 24 hrs. It got upgraded in the app. Without any mail or message.

SBI don't give it LTF to anyone.

And you also have add on cards on aurum ? , If yes , then card number is same of Add-on card or different?

After it showed on the website , in how much time it was dispatched from SBI?

My card got upgraded to SBI aurum today , but when i am checking card dispatch status it's showing hand delivery , do anyone know about this ?
