If u speak with bank cs they will provide 6 digit transaction ID, but cyber crime requires 12 digit (maybe cs lying) Also if login in NetBanking on pc, go to cards , select the blocked card, current statement, unbilled payment, there u will find 12 digit reference id, merchant name n amount
