Check the HDFC "mycards" or try to activate it. If it is blocked, it will specifically say in mycards portal or while activating. You can then mail them. Looks like they realized too many swiggy cards are going LTF and instead of correcting their process they are just playing with customers.
I also got the same offers when I called them today. Initially they were not telling about the spend based waiver offer but after mentioning it they agreed to it and I took it.
I tried to apply it today via app and after some time I got the response that we can process due to internal criteria. I called customer care and they said that they cannot apply it from their side.
