I think the reward points will be calculated on 960 and not on 1000. So 960/200 = 4 ( Round Figure). So Base RP is 480. For 10X it's 480. After Conversion to CV Points it's 384 points. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I applied through an agent, the kyc and biometric verification was done on the same day. The card got approved after a few hours and I received the card after 7 days.
It's a temporary issue, however it's always recommend to keep track of your spends and the expected reward points associated with the transactions on an excel sheet, so that you can follow-up with the bank incase they fail to post the points.
As per the terms and conditions laid out by Axis, you are not supposed to use the card for expenses other than personal expenses, however a small amount every month should not be a problem.
