I think the problem is that the UX to actually select the apay route is convoluted and a little hard to find, for most users. Happy to hear it still works! I renewed for 2 years in one shot so this is a problem I dont need to think about for a long time.

I've never tried this but it should be possible. The rates they have are probably worse though. You could give it a shot, send them an email. The last redemption I did, I simply emailed them all details and sent the vouchers via swiggy to their office.

Since you are lactose intolerant, you should probably go for plant based proteins. Some brands that I know of are cosmix and oziva are two popular names, there are many others too
