It's one type on investment just like NPS or any other investment. You should have documents that you invested under your name. Now bank can consider this as business expense but as per my understanding it shouldn't be considered as business expense as it's one type of investment.

Snapay allows transfer at ~1% I am not saying Snapay is good but transfer rates are low so people use it. I too use it occasionally but not like this (50k per month).

Then where to use it? Only few CC bill payment allowed through payzapp wallet.
