I did ask my branch manager about radiance account too and he feigned ignorance. Effectively I gave up on this now. He said that the card is applicable only to those accounts that are not linked to loan accounts

Have anyone got additional debit card recently? They are not accepting my request via customer care. In fact the new CC agent is able to see my conversation with previous agent and hence saying you already requested debit card no and we denied it, why are you calling again? :(
