    It's true I opened IOB around 1 year ago, never visited the branch till today, no issue so far.recently they upgraded the mobile app and internet banking also.

    The card is for my mother, and while creating yono or NetBanking getting error as education qualification was not updated .she can't visit the branch in this summer as the home branch is 40km away.
