Hi, Recently I am not able to redeem the points collected by doing credit card payments using HDFC easyshop platinum debit card. Tried on both app and NetBanking, but it throws an error. Anybody else facing the same issue?

Exactly. Also the Amazon transaction was a mobile recharge for which i used that trick of adding 10 rupees as APay Balance and then paying the rest amt using CC. Will customer care solve this issue or do i need to contact/mail someone else?

Can't understand how the cashback earned is 894. Total amt spent is 20545. If it's 1%+ 4% then it should be 1026. How come it's only 894 ? Can someone explain?
