Has anyone used UNITY BANK BHARATPE CREDIT CARD? It says it is an EMI card which splits spends above 1K in 3 or more EMIs. I was thinking of applying for it because of free lounge access and zero surcharge on rent payments. If anyone has used it then please share the experience.

Hi all, I need to pay rent of about 54000 every month. I want to move it away from UPI to some way where I can may net zero loss. Any suggestions? I think SBI charges only 199+GST? Is it correct? Do then spends count for milestone benefit? Which all cards count it in milestone benefits?
