    For Fuel surcharge reversal Fuel transaction must be between 400 to 4000. Otherwise no Fuel surcharge reversal is possible.

    BPCL app not work on QR code. Some limited pumps have facilities for this app. It works through OTP route. So first asked at pump,did they have OTP or point redeem system? If answer is yes,only then this app works
