I recently got the card, but there is no ITC Membership offer in the Rupay portal. instead of that they added a Makemytrip 10% Discount on domestic flights, which is useless.

The serviceable city list very less and they not servicing all cities which you mentioned here right now.cities varry card to card so update the new cities list.its given in each card eligibility section

For my card 1999+GST and i am living in small city so zomato pro plus not available.Eazydiner is best for who holding axis premium cards.So now 0 value for my zomato black card

Add on card never works on add on card holder birthday spends.All card has primary card holder birthdate only(Already Tested).

Actually the primary card already bend and it has a dent in the centre.They sent through delhivery and they handled very worst.I need to replace the primary card.They kept two addon card and primary card in same cover.They only sent a letter which has limit details.There is no other letters like...

Only visa logo printed on backside of the card.As per visa offer site i entered first eight digit and its "Visa Rewards Credit Card"

I am RBL bank customer first they denied upgrade.After that i said i will close my accounts then they accepted for upgrade but only for paid variant.Still classic card only showing in zomato app and only pro membership even after card activation.

I received black card on visa variant.But its paid one
