I just tried to make a payment it went through successfully, seems like issue is resolved.

I'm not able to open the thread, I also checked with customer care they said some technical issue is going on hence the failure and asked me to try after 2-3hrs, could you pls update here, if you got to know that it's working as I'm not able to open the attached thread, thanks.

I have applied for signature+ dr card in the month of dec 23 and made 1st transaction on 9th Dec 2023 i still haven't got the joining benefits yet, what is the usual time for those vouchers to be received?

Hi, I could see virtual debit card in the app only today... Applied it on 4th Dec and tried to make a payment using the details, getting an error that contact details are not available and asking to contact branch or cust care in the payment page , anyone faced this ?

All payment methods... it is not allowing to proceed further if premium amount is >10k

This is such a huge change, I have also noticed this when I was trying to pay yesterday, not sure when they brought this change... First they Removed an option to pay insurance premiums through CCs and now this..

Yes normal transactions are going well... Only these Cc repayment transactions are failing with gpay + Paytm combo

but i think it is lifted now, I'm able to load wallets but not taking risks of loading with high amounts and with more frequency, just trying with 1000-2000 and they are working fine now
