    vistara gold not upgraded

    I received my axis vistara infinite last week but my tier with vistara is not upgraded to gold till now. I also mailed vistara for same but they told me to connect with axis for resolution. When i connected with axis customer care they told me to connect to vistara for same. what should i do now ?
