    Not really... 1 hr backup is too less... Now a days with modern chip architecture, battery backup have improved quite a lot... My 8 year old lenovo laptop gives more than 1 hr backup 🤪

    depends on the budget too.... if he's going to use heavy graphical softwares then he would definitely need H series processor with dedicated gaphic card and if needs to do hardcore coding too then a good processor atleast i7 of the latest generation
