What mail did you sent. I was denied by the grievance team. " We regret to inform you that we are unable to review your request for conversion of your existing Diners Black card with life time free option as the same is only eligible for fresh card issuance. "

I was refused to upgrade my DCB to LTF. They said only new cards get LTF. I will close my current one and apply for new again!

My conversion of existing hdfc DB to LTF under the alumni program was denied by grievance redressal saying its only applicable for fresh cards. If I close my existing card and apply again would that be okay ?
