How to track application all kyc done

Does credit card statement require seal sign.

Can aadhar be updated on basis of credit card statement address.

Received Mail that your application is on hold contacted customer care they told that your address in aadhar is different from provided in application so has been declined I told it's on hold they told hold means declined and u can apply after 3 months mean time get address change to address...

Mine also stuck since 19 september.What happened in between these 21 days.

Same happened with me when I mailed them got call that physical kyc required photo aadhar,bill,salary slips,bank statement,form 16 ,passport.Lauhhed at them are you selecting me for District magistrate or what never asked so much documents for kyc.

Applied on 19 sep and city is Navi Mumbai.

Got call for verification asking for photo, pan, salary slip, form 16,aadhar,bill asking for all these during physical verification told all uploaded and vkyc also done but said some issues are there vkyc so have to do manually .Just irritating procedure never gone apply again in amex never...

Very Frustrating hopeless procedure for Amex side for card onboarding process.

No account only credit card and only one mobile number for both new and old card.

Actually there also newly issued card is not showing old closed is the only option there.
