Can you see two different Cibil control numbers in these two reports?Raise this concern to Cibil and mention these two control numbers and ask them to rectify it.

Something similar happened to me too.One day I had a refund on successful transaction that I had on amazon and yesterday the same amount debited from my card saying "wrong refund processed" but they gave me a "sorry bonus" of 5 percent of the transaction amount

Iam holding fed Scapia card and after looking at the above comment just tried for federal core card and the application went through.Last when I tried they showed a message"You are already availing Fed bank credit card services"but just now the application went through and got the reference id...
