Bas ab woh is baat pe argue kar rahe hai ki jo bhi galat product unhone bheja tha woh unhe upis nahi mila hai koi aur hi product recieve hua(jo wrong product unhone bheja tha woh nahi mila unde wapis) hai aise bol rahe hai.
okk @kuchbhi bro, yeh investigation team ne accept kar kiya tha ke wrong product deliver hua hai, but ab bol rahe hai ke jo product return aya hai unke paas woh different hai jo product deliver hua tha uss se, samaj nahi raha kya chal raha hai.
Also @vchouksey80 chargeback ka isliye puch raha...
@kuchbhi customer care wale bol rahe hai abhi woh yeh case pe koi aur issue raise nahi kar sakte, woh bol rahe investigation team se report aya hai current wala, kya karu samaj nahi raha hai.
Chargeback hi ek option dikh raha hai ab toh ya consumer complaint daal du
@me_sovon call pe customer care pe higher executive se baat kiya he is telling the same thing, and say they have no option to raise any issue further.

How do I do this? Actually I have already raised a complaint and they have given a statement that as the retun product amazon recieved is different from delivered product they wont offer any refund now nor offer any further help.

I had ordered a product from Amazon and had recieved a different(wrong) product. I raised a complaint with Amazon and after investigation got an approval for product return pickup as different product was delivered.
But now amazon is denying to refund the money as...
