You should have clearly told here that it was the Encalm Arrival Lounge at T3 IGI, which is obviously not a regular lounge and can not be accessed using any Credit Cards. Only Priority-Pass and Lounge-Key provide access. All other lounges definitely provide access through Infinia itself.
