Joining fee reversal is fairly easy, 25k in first 2 months, but for annual fee need to spend more than 2.5 lakhs, given the current reward structure and benefits I don't think it is a good deal if you have other better cards.

because of the good reward rate my spending is around 20-50k per month on this card, I hardly use any other card

At least amex is giving gift vouchers without any surcharge unlike HDFC, from October they even started putting surcharge on Amazon shopping and Flipkart vouchers 😀
