The apollo circle membership is included with this card as long as you are a card holder.

And this card, you will have to swipe at apollo 247 shops. And you will get 15% discount in your circle membership as HC + 10% discount in your sbi account as reward points. Total 25%.

Like last month, I ordered via apollo app. Used 20% coupon + paid with idfc card (Rs. 300 more off). They refunded half the money cause of non-availability. Then done a full remaining refund for technical glitch. I raised a complaint, and they are sorry for the inconvenience. This took more than 5 days. Total waste of time. 🤦‍♂️

And I had to go to shop and buy the medicine and had to be happy with 15% cb only.

This card will give 10% extra in such situations.

Another scenario:

10 Reward Points per ₹100 spent on Apollo 24|7

It might be 20% discount as HC in circle membership + 10% cb as sbi rewards = 30% (This has to be verified by a current cc user).

And we have to remember the capping of 50k per month.

It's the problem of SBI, not Apollo.
Another wild guess - wait for sometime, maybe after 1-2 years, HDFC will launch the same card (reverse of what they did with Tata Neu).

I think you might be right... i see this today. I think they added the card in their system now already.

The circle membership is basically for free shipping. Pharma20 is way to go.

Apollo 247 has not refunded my cancelled order since 5 days. I have contacted their grievance team which is supposed to be their final escalation point. But to no avail. They always say 24-48 hrs . Any way to get the refund back?

Sorry to know that. I had purchased online with my idfc cc. First it was partially refunded cause of non-availability of some medicines. Then after few days, they cancelled the whole order. Both times i got refunded back to my idfc cc in 3 days.

You should keep emailing about your refund and also talk with your cc customer support. Usually it takes 10 to 12 working days.

Now how to avail benefit of Circle membership...should it be not per activated on app login??
In the Apollo app is giving options to buy circle membership !!

Its 5% apollo hc + 10% sbi reward points.

15% discount is only for medicines. It is clearly mentioned.

I think sbi and apollo already realised their mistake by stating 25% medicine discount with no upper limit cap.

That is why people getting rejected for this card. I have not seen anyone with this card yet.

I did a txn. at Apollo pharmacy store but received only 10% Health credits in the Apollo 24|7 app !!
Don't know whom to raise complaint with...Apollo or SBI card??
