Is it possible to use HDFC bizblack for apepcdl? It is not on payzapp. Will i get the reward points if i use billdesk through the discom website? Ofc extra processing fees. Want to make use of 3.333% rp, after exhausting 16.6% for 56250rs.

For Andhra can't use cc to pay gst payments still.

APSPDCL is not on BBPS, so they are not integrated with Amazon.

You have to pay from APSPDCL Bill desk which will charge you 1%+GST as convenience fees. Escalated multiple times on X tagging concern authorities but no use.
