Flipkart started charging new platform fees in every small purchase

Flipkart started charging a new fee called "platform fees" in Small purchases too.

* They were charging offer handling fee( during sales)
* Sales fee( During sales)
* Packing fee( while purchasing phone),

*** If any fee I missed here, please someone mention in the comments (I will include that by editing the thread)

But now they are going to charge platform fees in every order, which is outrageous,I think.

Many people may come here to defend that, It's a small amount of fees and they are comfortable paying those fees.

But I am not comfortable with this kind of fees increasing day by day in E commerce platforms. They will not stop here, Every six months they are coming with new/increased fees.

Almost all apps charge convenience fee now a days. Among major apps, Swiggy charges the highest convenience fee of 9.99 rupees.

I noticed that Flipkart doesn't refund you the platform fees of ₹4 even when you cancel it before shipment.

Noticed this while tallying my credit card statement: The order amount was ₹372 inclusive of the ₹4 platform fees. I cancelled it due to delay in shipment on the 4th day. Got a refund of only ₹368 instead of ₹372.

What's worse is, they are not even transparent about it! They didn't mention it even in the refund breakdown details, or the order cancellation confirmation page, or even on the order placement page!

Beware of Flopkart, guys!

eCommerce, quick commerce came up with the idea of transparency, equality and genuineity , so that customer can take informed decision along with the price of the product.
Now all vanished, losing transparency and honesty day by day.
