Opening balance for July was 8.5k then loaded 5k for the monthly thing. Total withdrawal 10k (card txns, thats all Im using this account for only Card txns)
So I dont think its because of the credit thingy otherwise I would have received only 250 CB

I am attaching a screenshot of my July txns, no sensitive data, feel free to scrutinize it. It is IMPOSSIBLE to receive 487 CB even if 1 or more than 1 txns are ineligible.

Cashback tracker now showing correct cashback
Also at 3am I received notification from 811 app that I received 11 INR "5% Cashback for July".
This makes the total cashback 487+11 = 498 INR
They still missed 2 INR. But I have not yet received Email or Phone communication so I am going to wait and see.

UPDATE:

Just now received the remaining 2 INR balance. So now total cashback received for July 487+11+2 = 500 Finally

Took them 16 days to get this resolved.
