SBI has finally updated reward FAQs

Does SBI stopped giving rp for credit card bill payment on mobikwik using VDC? I paid 3000 on 13th July but still didn't received rp for this transaction. I usually get it within 1 or 2 days.

Didn't receive my 1 lakh spend reward points for July and 2 lakh spend of August till now. Further for june 1 lakh spend 1 (from different DC of same saving AC) no points credited for >1lakh spend. All payments through Mobiwik. Anybody else points for >1lakh spend also not received?

The maximum limit is 10,000 reward point per month. Does it include 1000 bonus reward point of 1lakh spending . Suppose I spend 4,00,000 in a month so normal reward point 4,000 and virtual debit card bonus 4,000 and (4,000 +4,000 )bonus for 4,00,000 spend . So what I will get in a month total .
A. 10,000 reward ( capped )
B. 16,000 reward [(4000+4000)+(4000+4000)]
C. 12,000 reward [ (4000+4000)+ 4000 only as per lakh spend]

Does virtual card still fetch extra points. I guess it's stopped now as I didn't get any extra points for my spends in May through VDC?

Milestone will be credited at end of Oct month as written in sbi rewardz website.

They are just extending the dates. Earlier said milestone points will be credited by July end, then Aug end and now extended to Oct

I'm trying to redeem 4,000 sbi rewardz points (from debit card payments) for swiggy e vouchers and its only allowing me to redeem 30% of my points, rest I need to pay. it's applicable for any vouchers they listed (apay, a shopping vouchers, swiggy, crom etc). Is this new??
