Nothing. Rupay variant still makes some sense. Ppl who don't have Rupay can go for it, add it for UPI payment and keep the card in drawer

Funny since the places that I use RuPay credit cards for payment on UPI are at the neighbourhood barbershop, small grocery shops and tea shops, and the small clinic at our workplace. No rewards at any of those places! Amazing.

I agree. But anyone who knows how to use Rupay effectively can get good value out of it. The first year, it gives you about 2.25% at 5L spends (with milestones benefits), 2nd year onward since joining 10K wouldn't be there it would still get you 1.75% at 5L
Now, the million $ Q is how to spend 5L. 🙂

Btw, since this is going to be my drawer as long as it's alive, direct statement credit and no expiry of rewards would work for me.

Till issued I used this card for all my UPI Transactions nearly for a month and finally realised this card is nothing to use. Going to remove this card in the UPI Apps now. Keeping this card only for BOGO on DISTRICT App.

Very few RuPay credit cards give unlimited lounge access — and with Eterna RuPay you can easily unlock unlimited lounge access without actually buying anything.

As for offers, discounts, bank deals etc those will also work on RuPay. Anyone who wants to use it can still do transactions with RuPay using OTP-based transaction.

NTB, applied online through Cred, whole process was smooth, did Vkyc on last Sunday, card generated on Thursday and received today. No office/home verification. This was unexpectedly fast from a PSU!

I think most banks do not carry out VKYC on Sundays and holidays. BOBCard does Video KYC on Sunday also?

Hi all

I tried applying for eterna card in this LTF campaign. But I am stuck at the account aggregator page as the mobile number linked with the salary account is different from the one I used to apply for the bob card.

So it automatically checks for the account linked the applied mobile nunber n comes back saying no account found.


Can anyone Kindly advise on how to proceed further. ??

Have mailed BOB customer care but as usual no reply from them..

Abhishek, mere dost, ek baar BOB ko bolo ke kam se kam 1% base reward kar de aur retail aur supermarkets ko excluded category se hata deve. Mehrbani hogi. Lounge access to manage ho jayega. Baaki Rupay Zindabad.

I have bob rupay easy and energie card now , will try upgrade easy to LTF Eterna based on your mail .....

My BOB ETERNA LTF has been approved recently with CL of 2L although they had mentioned 3L in the initial online application.

I had applied on C2C basis and the application was approved after a week. Physical verification was done for home as well as office, though I was not present at my office at that particular time. However, it did not impact the application status.

The entire application process was smooth and quick. No documents were asked apart from the existing CC recent statement, PAN, Aadhar and passport size photograph.

So far, I've seen 2L as the max offered limit on new BOB Eterna but I'm sure some may be having >2L. Also, in my case, only vKYC no offline verification etc.
