IndusInd 10X rewards on Gyftr query

Hello Guys,

I recently got a Pinnacle credit card and have received this email from IndusInd:




I have seen other posts here regarding a SIMILIAR offer of 10X rewards but the KEY DIFFERENTIATOR is they have explicitly mentioned "EVERY VOUCHER PURCHASE". There is a link at the bottom for T&C but when I click on it I get redirected to Indusmoments homepage only. I have tried to find it everywhere but till now have not gotten any T&C page for this offer

In previous posts that I have read, there was different multiplier on different vouchers or even no multiplier on select vouchers but for this are we REALLY going to get 25% points(10 x 2.5)?

How can we verify this? To test it out I have brought a 5K Amazon Pay voucher but my question is how can I see the points awarded for this transaction and how many days does IndusInd take to credit points? I have explored every bit of IndusInd mobile banking app but was unable to see points with respect to transaction anywhere. Only total points can be seen, which is not yet updated for a transaction done today morning.

I don't believe it and it might not work as we expected. Amzn currently has 1x rewards. Its upto you.

Btw, for pinnacle

POS - 1x
Travel - 1.5x
Online - 2.5x

In that case, 10x = 2.5x + 7.5x (max. 10% not 25%)

There is no "x" in existing reward rate. It's 2.5 RPs / Rs. 100 spent (online). The reward rate is different through different channels(e-com/pos/IVR etc) & different MCCs(travel/airline). If it was stated here that E-commerce transaction have 2.5X the base rate of 1 RP then and only then would your interpretation be correct.



It's clearly stated "10X accelerated RPs" which means 10 TIMES the amount of RPs (which means accelerated with respect to base earning).

10 TIMES the RPs -> [ 10 x 2.5 = 25 ] per Rs. 100 spent online, which is how it becomes 25% (10 x 2.5%)



All that said though, their refusal to even acknowledge this offer is alarming. I will check with the gyftr email they provided.

Ok, that's new. Where was this? I might be wrong after all.

I know for sure they are not giving 10X rewards for all GVs, not sure if they are even giving it for ANY gv.

Yeah same here, blatant scam. When I contact gyftr they confirmed that they don't have any information about the offer apart from the main headline. When I asked which GV gives 10X they straight up refused saying we don't know.

same observed past 3 years both with support from bank and gyftr. they don't know anything, or confirm anything and we don't know whether we get 10x or not. So, stopped using it altogether to avoid hassle because even if I don't get it, to proove it there is no info with them.

Seems like my dream is shattered but my expectations were unrealistic . I was thinking that if they give 25% RP on APay vouchers, I can spend all 50K of required criteria on Apay vouchers and will get 25% value back along with LTF & 0 MAB Exclusive account :

There are no vouchers that I could find offering 10x points. It's probably a shitty brand that nobody wants anyway.

IDFC and Indus always without TnCs, can't trust or proceed further due to no further information or exclusion from anyone.

CS and Gyftr teams have no idea about the offer even if mail received through them only.

IDFC multiple times sent me BT, Image Card, Spend based etc. through whatsapp, app notification but not even single time duration, limit and exclusions anywhere mentioned. At one time after escalate to CS received response that offer period over.

So, deal with caution to these banks.
