Credit Bill Payment Via BBPS can be reversed

Last month I paid a 100 rupees credit card bill of IndusInd Credit Card via Jio Finance app. The amount was successfully credited to the card instantly. But as far as I remember it got failed on Jio Finance app side.
Today I was going through my IndusInd transactions and found that not only did the payment get reversed, but the IndusInd bank charged me Interest and GST on the interest.
Luckily it was a matter of 100 rupees only. I don't know what would have happened had this been a big amount.

but its not just about 100 or 1000 rs, u may still get flagged in credit report.

I simply did not thought I got free Money and then never crossed check about reversal 🤣

If it was settled as IMPS/UPI Txn then Jio May Send legal notice to repay and Unecessarily trouble the customer. Happend with me with Paytm when Paytm credited Repayment via IMPS and Marked it Failed and refunded and then sent me notice to recover the amount meanwhile blocked my Funds available in Paytm Wallet and Bank

For reversal of Erroneously Credited Amount you are exciting Bank to send Intimation like you do not know at all that Either Amount can be reversed by Indus any time or Jio may Start recovery Process🤣

It is your duty to keep an eye on Free money you got Temporarily atleast on Due date for checking any Reversal if Jio did not took any action yet

Make sure you have auto debit enabled. I have faced this issue with IndusInd. After sometime amount was debited from the card and IndusInd charged me bill due fees.

Two days ago, I tried to recharge my Jio SIM with the annual plan worth ₹3,599. I made several attempts, but each time the payment failed, and no money was deducted from my bank. My account balance was ₹3,000 at the time.

Later, I was surprised to receive a message saying the recharge was successful, and not just for one year, but for five years.
1 year plan is already in active status
4 year plan is in que.

Now i moved that 3000 balance to another bank account.

what will happen with me now.?

How many days did it take for reversal. I paid my bills of around 12k toy hdfc card via Airtel. Money didn't get debited from my account but payment made to the card on 8th. My due date is 15th, and I cannot pay more now as it is already paid.

Let me know how can I pay now and by when will it get reversed

Not sure by when it will get reversed. Would recommend you to enable auto debit for HDFC . I guess you can pay extra amount via payzapp or the HDFC app itself.

It's been 4 days but it's not reversed yet. Somehow I am unable to pay extra amount via payzapp and HDFC app also. My due date is 20 will wait for a week and see how it goes

When they will reverse the payment? Even my payment got failed via SBI unipay, but payment got credited to indusind CC, this was 12 days back, But still it is not reversed. Amount was 17K something.

I am waiting from 40 days jio finance is not reversing money they are giving same answer we have refunded but refund not received. Planning to take step against them and take help from RBI ombudsman now.
