Rewards-

Despite multiple rejections from RBL executives, the Head of Card Services, CEO desk and the Internal Ombudsman, I successfully recovered the missing reward points for September and October spends.

*Done on Phonepe POS machine.

Lesson: Not everything needs to be escalated to the so-called RBI Bamboo🎍. Sometimes, persistence through emails and patience is all it take.

Any trxns above ₹10k attracts 1% additional fuel fee.

For ₹50k trxn u will get around 2700-2800 RPs in total if bonus RPs also fetched.

Additional 1000 RPs if total eligible spends cross ₹75k in last 3 months.

*Eligible spends exclude under 2,000 UPI trxns.

354 points is just base points ..

It's mentioned eligible for bonus points in all of your fuel transactions..

Did u checked statement summary for bonus points ?..

Is that credited or not ?

I did trxns worth 14k this month 😕 this is before the surcharge. Statement given below. My last trxn didn't have the "bonus pts icon". I understand i don't get bonus after 13500 but does that mean let's say I do total of 10k trxns and i get bonus and for next trxn of let's say 3800, i don't get bonus on the whole trxn? I was expecting atleast for 3500 and then no bonus for the remain 300.

or is this just a bug of rbl where they didn't recognize SARB Petroleum as IOCL bunk? I called RBL and the guy didn't knew anything and just told me to wait for 30 days for bonus rp's. I tried telling him i don't see the bonus icon and he said he can't see any bonus icon (their systems might not show this).

Any help?? my trxns were of 3600, 3700, 3700, 3000 as I was on a trip and anything extra is surcharge.
