Unable to apply Federal Bank Credit card

I am unable to apply Federal bank cc online. When I give my OTP and mobile no. It says “Redirecting to EKYC for Aadhar verification” and it does not go forward and ultimately session times out.

Screenshot attached. Tried with Web browser also.

Please guide me on how to resolve this issue.

Check pls if ur aadhaar locked for biometrics

If u didn’t locked manually then its open only
For locking u need maadhaar app and virtual id with mobile otp

Asked the bank via customer care but no response so far.

I have one card with federal bank, and when i try to apply for a card It is saying please change from minium kyc to full kyc in bank records and then apply for the card

Federal bank not issue 2nd card if you have One cc or scapia cc issued by Federal Bank.

Yeah, earlier it used to say you already have a card with Fed, but now it is showing that i need to change from minimum kyc to full kyc

Hi did u get resolution for this..Im facing same issue now and not sure who will help on this

go to bank with id proofs and ask for kyc for your account/cif. It happens if you dont do any withdraw/ payments in your account.

I have a weird issue. Got "pincode not found" error and application gets declined saying location not serviceable. Their stupid system is unable to fetch my pincode from my jupiter account and finally concludes location is not serviceable.
