You can take but guest is chargeable. Only self and add-on cards are allowed free access. You can have 3 add-on cards and 3 priority passes will be issued to them on your request which needs to be requested manually.

My brother has Regalia Gold and having add-on card and 2 priority passes were issued. Add-On card and Prioirty pass bear name of add-on member details

To access the domestic lounge, swipe your Priority Pass for yourself and your Infinia credit card for your guest. There are no charges for either of you.
