how to apply for American express card

i wish to apply for mrcc card. but my area of service is not serviceable as they shown in the list of City, can i apply by changing the pincode of nearest serviceable City? or give a temporary address as my friend lives in the city of service?
will they do offline verification? how is their verification methods or card approval strategies. am having a sbi card with 1lac+ limit. Amazon pay card 4.6L+ limit

Address you mention should match the one on your Aadhar card

Does it have to be aadhar address? I read some posts that other proofs like driver's license also works.
