Latest Working Methods to Pay Credit Card Bill from Debit Cards

I have a CC bill of 4 lakhs coming up. If I want to use SBI VDC on unipay, do I have to pay it in multiple parts as the points cap for a single transaction is 1000 points? Is there any harm in paying the CC bill in multiple transactions rather than a single one?

SBI VDC has 50k limit for the day. You'll need 8 days to pay 4L CC bill.

Sorry to say...this thread has become just a dumping ground for any1 who has any related/unrelated questions to bill payment of cc.

Many people asking repeatedly same questions again and again.
Guys, please follow below best practices ( read common sense) before asking any questions :

1. Use search option and see if your question is already answered ( many will be surprised ...such option do exist).

2.Check and read atleast last 10-30 pages to see if similar questions already answered.

3. Is it possible for me to try myself and verify ?

4. If anything is not working ( unable to pay cc bill/ not received points and so on) have some patience and show some respect for time......dont just jump on asking the questions.

5. Will i sound foolish in asking the question?

Expert TFs feel free to add to above points.

How much time genrally it take to credit in HSBC card.

You'll receive a SMS about payment done initially
but to show up in app, up to 3 days

Yes, I am aware of MCC. Federal CC not present in Unipay, that's why used Canara Setu.

Not all Billers are on BPPS , Still so many are not on BPPS . You can check which distributor was not there in bpps in online also.

If my biller is in bpps, it will be heaven for me bro, 20% i.e 100
But currently any how I am getting 5%.
But worst govt not getting into bpps

My experience of getting 1% cashback on HDFC Platinum debit card.

Dec 23 - Opened Savings Max Account and got 'Visa Platinum Debit Card'. Started getting 1% cashback (upto Rs 750) on making payment of ICICI credit card through Bill Pay on HDFC platform. In around 6 months time it stopped automatically.

Nov 24 - Changed the account type to Speciale Gold and also converted to Classic Banking (on request). Placed order for new Platinum Debit Card with hope to get word Classic mentioned it. But again got the same variant 'Visa Platinum Debit Card'. Anyways, again started getting...

2nd, Visa variant not working anywhere. RuPay variant working on Phonepe app for CC bill payment and no extra charges. All merchant names on RuPay variant is eligible on phonepe app.

Note - Freecharge is also eligible but not verified yet and no extra charges on RuPay variant on Freecharge.
