Indusind Select account linked with Legend card but account has not became zero balance

Hey Folks
I am new to this community . This is my first post.I have issue regarding indusind bank.
Earlier i had indusind exclusive account and legend credit card. I read threat that with legend card select account becomes zero maintainance account. I thought i should also use this feature. So i went to bank and upgraded my advantage account to select . After upgrade i linked my credit card both in mobile banking and netbanking. In mobile banking under prefereed account my select account and legend card is showing and in netbanking also both are showing.
I thought i should confirm it to cust care whether my account has became zero maintenance account or not . They checked and said sir its 50k maintenance account. I had mailed to reachus and select@ indusind.com but they are sending me schedule of charges link for select account. Actually they are not understand what i am asking. It has been 4th day since linking of CC but still my account is under maintenance. My 50k is already stuck.what to do now ??? Please any advice will be helpful to me.

That's how their customer support is.
If you have linked them under the same Customer ID, then you are good to move your funds. Maintaining MAB isn't required.

Today is 5th day for the linking of CC. Is it safe to remove funds or i should wait for few more days?
