Mission Accomplished: Called BM, as expected he hasn't seen my mail. Said will check mail and update me. He called me back 10 min later and said system not allowing to convert staff account to Jeevandhara but then he called someone (probably a more tech savvy guy) and he said that there is separate product range called ex-staff Jeevandhara. I asked for features and he sent me the same on Whatsapp. I checked for LTF RSDC and called him back. The conversion was done instantaneously over the call itself. I asked about new DC, BM asked me to wait for 7-8 days. If it doesn't come automatically then I should call him back and he will raise the request in the system.
