For 1st 2 lakh, I got milestone in feb,25. But for the next 2 lakh I have not got any milestone rewards till now.

In my case, I was not having Physical DC and applied only for VDC so it was not working.

SBI gives on everything except wallet mcc 6540. PHONEPEPRIVATELIMITED code is 6012. You will get it even on billdesk bank page. But then dont expect anything during offers.

What website are you guys using for CC payments through Kotak Super Debit Card? If it still works that is, I used to pay through Canara Setu, but now CCAvenue throws me "Unable to process your transaction. Please contact CCAvenue support for further assistance." error.

Update on freecharge "unable to process order Contact customer care" error. Received following reply from customer care-
We understand that you are facing issues while paying your credit card bill.

Please note that you have reached the maximum number of Failed Transactions credit card and will be able to pay the bill in the next month’s billing cycle.

This is due to the monthly transaction limit set in place for the Freecharge users, which varies from case to case. You may, however, continue paying the bill for other credit cards.

Apply from yono app or sbi net banking.

Apply SBI Virtual RuPay debit card and pay cc bill via phonepe app, paytm app, sbi unipay, freecharge app, billdesk website without any extra charges on RuPay.

Amex and SCB bank cc bill also supported via billdesk using RuPay variant.

Of course you will get reward points too on all these websites/apps.
