I have recently become an add-on Pioneer Savings Account member in IndusInd Bank through family banking (my mother is the primary Pioneer Account holder). While she got the Pioneer Welcome Kit comprising the Pioneer Debit Card and the Pioneer Cheque Book automatically as soon as she became a Pioneer member some months back, I have not got the Pioneer Welcome Kit by courier.
Do only primary Pioneer members get the Pioneer Debit Card or each Pioneer member regardless of whether their savings account is an add-on Pioneer account or primary account gets it? Currently I have the IndusInd Signature Debit Card, and that carries a yearly charge for it which I don't want to pay. I want to get the Pioneer Debit Card which is free of charge.
How to get it? Should I contact the branch or should I write an email to IndusInd Bank customer care (they never respond within time) or do some other procedure?
