The promoter holding already is around 21%, so already public + institutional holding is at 79% before IPO. Also, the OFS portion is about 10% of the market cap. Any way you look at it, the number you're quoting is wildly wrong, what am I missing?

Please explain to me how is `Public` holding a stock before an IPO? I believe your definition of Public includes Private Investors / VCs as well. Generally, for layman like me, during an IPO, those are all promotors and promotor groups.
