Wasnt he the one who arrogantly said that he didnt care if u complained or not? U did the right thing. There r many such arrogant oldies who think they r untouchable. They need to be taught a lesson. Dont take back the complaint. Who knows he might have created such troubles for so many people before u. Banks trust these people with our sensitive cards/ letters and these people dont take it seriously.

@Dr.AMAN Yeah he said so. but when I see form his situation, being in the same job and doing same things repeatedly for so many years its obvious to get a bit irritated. Although It's wrong and he might done the same to many others I think it was enough for him and he got his lessons.
On the other note, I think Gov. should make it mandatory to transfer, promote or change the type job one does every few years.
@Lordkk u r a good hearted person thats y u took back the complaint. But the purpose of complaint is not just to punish him but also set a precedent for all people in the post office so that they dont repeat it in future. Otherwise they get this lazy attitude that no amount of complain can touch them. A poor Amazon/FK delivery agent working in scorching sun gets penalty deducted from his already meagre salary if he fails to call the customer and deliver on time . These Indiapost people dont care to even call once. The moment they start getting these punishments only then their attitude will change. U had contacts in Indiapost thats y ur complaint could even reach the DM's ears. Ordinary people like me wont even know where to complain. Anyways all's well that ends well.
