This is the first time I am seeing more than 3L CL on a YES CC..
Generally people get 3L as a maximum CL .. Probably they are at a bit of liberty after stabilizing the operations.. Probably others also get CLE of more than 3L..
Ask them to convert your current CC to some other core CL.. and see what they say..
