Only amazon account having Apay ICICI Card linked should have prime right for 5% - Yes
if we buy through that card from some other amazon account we would still get 5% - Yes

But If your Amazon account doesn't have prime & you will buy from someone else Amazon account which have prime, you will get only 3%.

I think if you use apay card on any prime account, it gives 5%. Need not be the same account linked to the card.

@cardio_guy not even needed to be prime on another account.

Only card attached account needed to be prime
