@aayusharyan bot attack, server core files got corrupted somehow. Tried to fix multiple times, but only option was to reinstall the server from scratch. Our ip was exposed, and we were facing this kind of issues for long... so decided move back to our old service provider.
Probably best to go for a host that prioritises support response times and ideally has US/UK based tech support.
Might be a little pricey (at this scale it probably means a managed VPS?), but it probably gets peace of mind.
Any host's reliability is only tested in such times, and most of the cheaper ones will struggle- either they won't respond for 24h (especially if weekend), and the money lost when the site's down is probably worth signing up for a slightly expensive, but more reliable host.

Not realising that on a scale and when reliability is the most important part, one can't rely on them
