For me, payment was successful but not yet credited in Kotak CC yet. This was 2 weeks ago

It shows as successful only, but after sometime they'll initiate refund

no idea.. i never have never used paytm to pay any cc bill. so don't have clue how to escalate for refund either. other have replied saying it take longer. i use hdfc dc always or cred/mobikwik.
