@Astraea You might have received email and sms from your KRA to validate both of them. Kindly check your email and validate. If you don't know the current status of your KYC, go to https://www.cvlkra.com/ > KYC Inquiry > Input your PAN to check the same. There are total 5 KRAs in India and your KYC should be registered with any one of them.

@prc1990 yes, people can do it online also I think. Not sure. I visited the office because I wanted to correct my name and address. + I wanted to explore how is the offline process.
