Post application generated & u can track u will recieve email which card has been applied good thing is you can negotiate as new card holder in kotak & get variant change & card network change & ltf or paid status etc .via retention team ..

I have just got application number on my mobile number, but not received any mail regarding the application.

As looking at the status of my application on tracker it is showing as in process. How can we negotiate with the team??

I got zen paid converted to mojo ltf by retention team

Applied for normal Kotak white card as per my requirement but not sure what the agent sent, I couldn't see the variant.

Application can be tracked after 2-3 hours in the kotak bank website. If card is approved most likey will get approved in 1-2 hour if everything is correct and no issues is detected. Card will get dispatch within 1-2 days. If you are from City it will be delivered very next day.

@techt it's more like having infinia without reward without much effort..
Ltf top tier card with lounge and some area u get benefits.
No think of reward 😅
Because in white card reward are not for transaction but cumulative spend
