Which kendra? PSU bank and Postoffice will have a long line but the issue will get resolved most of the time. The e-seva centers will be quick but hit or miss. Not sure but I think some private bank branches also provide the facility.

@s1t2y3a3m6 the app thing won't let me login. I should have first setup and then lock my aadhar since I never install myaadhaar app before.

You can update adhar details from private banks as well. Why don't you call up your axis rm? He might be able to help.
But they do charge higher fee( which is still better than standing in queue). Updating details in seva Kendra costs 50-100rs but bank charges 200/300.

@sidp it about unlock my aadhaar not updation, called my rm and he was busy had a word with some "central RM" she said for updating you need visit branch only and for unlock/lock we can't help.

How did you lock your aadhar in the first place? Iassume you locked the whole aadhar ,not just aadhar biometrics..
What does he mean by " it would take 1 month to permanently disable".

Note I hate communicating in profile messages, I am doing it just to help you in this case

@SSV yeah locked Biometric first and then Aadhaar, i meant permanent enable instead of disable.

How did you do this ? Via web site?
What is happening now when trying to unlock? Give clear step by step feed back. It us perfectly working fine for me

@SSV i locked my aadhaar via web broswer (window 10) and when im trying to unlock via this link https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/lock-unlock-aadhaar. i'm facing error of we are unable to reach authentication service or Technical Error.
